ATV in house rules
ATV enthusiasts are welcome at our campground. To ensure the safety of ATV riders and fellow campers alike, we kindly ask that you familiarize yourself with the ATV rules below. Campers that are unable to comply will asked to leave, without refund.
Registered Campers are permitted to unload and ride their ATV from their campsite to access nearby trails.
Upon registration campers with ATV's will be provided with a copy of the ATV in house rules and local trail maps (Bighorn Trail Map).
ATV's must be returned to your campsite and parked by 10:00 PM or by dark, whichever comes first.
No riding a circuit within the campground or riding near the creek.
Children are not permitted to ride an ATV alone unless they are on a child's ATV and accompanied by a guardian. Please ensure your child wears a helmet at all times while riding an ATV.
No motorized vehicels are permitted on the grass, and must be parked on your gravelled pad. ATV's may never be on the grass at any time during your stay.
There is considerable traffic on Shunda Creek Road so please use caution and remain courteous while using the public roads. Please be aware that you are in a subdivision.
ATV operators as well as their guests are to comply with the posted campground rules made available on our websites and on the campground bulletin board. If you have a guest who wishes to operate an ATV within the campground they are required to register and pay a day use fee.
For your own safety, always notify a trusted friend/family member about your intended destination and expected time of return. We also recommend leaving a note at the office with the same information, especially if you are riding alone. Please ensure your cellphone is fully charged before heading out.
Thank you for adhering to these rules. Have a safe and enjoyable time.
